All treatments are to be scheduled in advance by appointment only. Please view our online booking tab, or contact us by email, text, or phone to request an appointment.
Insurance and Payment
Please check with your health insurance carrier to ensure massage therapy is covered. We do not bill insurance. If your plan includes massage benefits, we provide a superbill and receipt for you to send into your insurance company, for reimbursement. We are in-network with Premera, Regence, Aetna, and Community Health Plan of WA.

For medical massage, including motor vehicle collision, you'll need a referral or prescription. Please contact your primary care physician or chiropractor and request that they email referral to Salt and Sea Spa at mia_mikheyeva@hotmail.com.
During your intake session you and the massage therapist will create a treatment plan to address your area of injury and primary concerns. Please call us if you have any questions (509) 944-5555.
